The oval miniature is set in a rectangular dark-stained fruitwood veneer frame. Signed with initials, circa 1645, 7cm.
Lady Elizabeth Egerton (d.1687) was the eldest daughter of John, 1st Earl of Bridgewater.
She married David, 3rd Earl of Exeter (c.1604-1643), sometime before 1628.
