Georgina Pakenham (1827-1909) was the daughter of Thomas Pakenham, 2nd Earl of Longford.
She married William Alleyne, then Lord Burghley, in 1848.
He succeeded to the main title, becoming 3rd Marquess of Exeter on the death of his father in 1867.
