A Louis XV/XVI Transitional commode, circa 1770.

In the manner of Jacques Birckle, with a fleur de pecher moulded marble top and two deep long drawers inlaid with a bureau plat, with a flower vase and a number of objects, flanked by a pair of urns, with stop-fluted rounded corners, the sides inlaid with urns, on hipped cabriole legs ending in sabots, 88cm by 126cm.
