The top of the sideboard has an egg and dart moulded edge, above a strapwork and scroll carved frieze.
Each moulded door panel has interlaced E’s for the Marquess of Exeter, flanked by tapering mannerist columns with lion paw feet and with a plinth base, 90cm high, 243cm wide by 68cm deep.
